C&L Building Group provides home and business renovation services, including but not limited to custom renovations, remodeling, and new construction. Our services are subject to the availability of our team and materials. All work is conducted following a signed contract agreement.

By hiring C&L Building Group, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information regarding your renovation needs.
• Comply with all local laws and building codes.
• Grant access to the premises during working hours for project execution.

3. Quotes and Payments

• Quotes: Any quotes provided by C&L Building Group are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
• Payments: A payment schedule will be outlined in your contract. Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in the agreement.

4. Warranties and Guarantees

C&L Building Group guarantees the quality of our workmanship for 1 year upon the completion of the project contract. Materials and products may be subject to manufacturer warranties, which will be detailed in your project contract.

5. Liability

C&L Building Group is not liable for:

• Delays caused by weather, supplier issues, or unforeseen conditions.
• Any damages caused by third-party contractors or services hired independently by the client.

6. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel the project within 15 days after signing the contract, subject to any applicable cancellation fees. C&L Building Group reserves the right to terminate the contract if payment is not received or if there are breaches of the agreement.

7. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action. Any unresolved disputes will be settled under the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of project performed.

8. Changes to Terms

C&L Building Group reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes via email or website update.
